         Brief  
        Introduction
        

        

		    China Construction Units Association (CCUA) was established in November                   
        1982. CCUA is a national wide social organization that is voluntarily                   
        formed by enterprises which produce small concrete hollow blocks, light                   
        aggregate hollow blocks, paving stones, decorative concrete blocks and                   
        fly ash blocks etc.,  and by the enterprises of equipment                   
        manufactures, design institutes, scientific research institutes, raw                   
        materials suppliers, and colleges ect.. CCUA is an independent legal                   
        person registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs of P. R. China. When                   
        CCUA was established, there were 87 members, dealing with two kinds of                   
        products: concrete small hollow block and medium fly ash solid block.                   
        Now there are over 600 members, scattered in the relevant industries of                   
        29 provinces and autonomous regions. They are not only dealing with                   
        those two kinds, but also the paving stones and slop protection concrete                   
        blocks, decorative concrete blocks, gypsum blocks and the other plain 
        cement material prefabricated elements.   
		                  
        

		 
		
        
        

		 Collecting and processing the enterprise's                   
        opinions and sector information, voice out the sector's situation and                   
        advises to the departments concerned of the central government, help the                   
        central government to formulate the sector planning and policy.
                  
        

		                    
        Organize                   
        and join in the making of quality standards of relevant products, rules                   
        & regulations for project design and execution.
                  
        

		                    
        Help                   
        the central government to protect the sector market's fair competition,                   
        protect the legal rights and interests of members and the sector as a                   
        whole. 
        

		                    
        Organize the activities of exchanging sector's techniques and                   
        experiences of management, develop the professional techniques training,                   
        provide various kinds of consultant services. 
                  
        

		                    
        Help members to pioneer markets, develop the new products, improve the                   
        level of techniques and equipments.
		                  
        

		  
		Develop the international contacts, technical exchange and co-operation.
                  
        

		                   
        Edit                   
        and publish the magazine Building Block & Block
